This is a powdered dietary supplement formulated for hemorrhoid recovery, to be taken orally. It is not intended for external application. Take one scoop a time and twice a day between meals or on empty stomach to achieve best result. Take one scoop (5 grams) and mix into 8 ounce water, stir until dissolved. One jar contains 150 grams or 30 servings for 15 days. We recommend 2 serving per day for the first month or longer period until the symptoms are relieved. You can switch to one serving per day for maintenance afterwards.
