Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the day you receive your package.

• Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging
• Gift cards and liquid products cannot be returned
• All returns need a Return Processing Authorization (RPA) number. Contact us to request one, and include it on your return label
• Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or the problem is our fault
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

The return mailing address is sent to you along with your RPA number.

Exchanges can be made if the item is opened or half used, or if you change your mind before your order ships.

To request an exchange, contact us. Defective or damaged items are replaced.
